Hello, I am Tyler Schmidt, with Schmidty Racing Suspensions. Our background is over 30 years of suspension tuning on everything from Quads, Sandrails, and now currently primarily UTV’s. We offer suspension tuning, spring kits, and shock servicing in our Mesa, Arizona shop. All of our proprietary spring kits feature Eibach springs, upgraded hardware, and deliver a top notch performing setup in ride quality. We offer quick turnaround times on suspension setups and consistently outperform our competitors on the product we deliver our customers. CUSTOM & REBUILD SHOCK SERVICES
Schmidty Racing Suspensions does a complete rebuild of your shock. We disassemble, clean, and lube all necessary parts. Our rebuild service includes new dust seals, oil seal, seal head o-ring, fresh Lucas synthetic shock oil, nitrogen re-charge: and in several cases, the bumper as well. (A bumper is not included on some models where the bumper rarely ever needs replacing.) On front shock rebuilds, bottom-out bumpers will be replaced on an “as-needed basis” and would be an additional charge.

We are a family-owned and operated suspension company located in Mesa, Arizona. Off-road vehicles have been a part of the Schmidt family for three decades. Our knowledge of shocks and other suspension components directly results from firsthand testing in various terrains. Like so many other off-road enthusiasts out there, we felt it was very challenging to find and order replacement parts for rebuilding shocks or get a quality suspension setup. So we decided to fill a massive void by providing complete spring and seal kits based on our experience and expertise, especially for those who are hard to find early models. We lead the industry in delivering superior components for the UTV market and are confident that we provide an excellent product that you will get anywhere else. We set a very high bar for any product we test and put on the market, so you can buy with confidence knowing this product has been tested extensively.
Our shop specializes in rebuilding, re-valving, and custom setup off-road shocks. We are a dealer for significant offroad suspension companies and can order any parts or shocks you need. We utilize Eibach springs in our spring kits, Parker seals & Viton O-Rings in our seal kits, and our proprietary Lucas Oil Synthetic shock oil in our shock builds. Our shop is also a Race Tech dealer and can install Gold Valve kits in your shocks or forks. If you are looking for a replacement shock but don’t want to spend the money on a new one, we also carry rebuilt shocks for several different models to suit your needs.
We can help you with custom re-valving re-springing of OEM or aftermarket shocks. Field-testing is available by appointment. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to email or call with your questions.
